NEXUS STORE / BUYING GUIDE

Know what
you’re ordering.

Start with a model reference. Agree the specification and full delivered cost in writing before placing an order.

1. Send your requirements

Choose a model and prepare an email enquiry, or contact MCG with your specification. Send the draft from your email app to start the conversation. The website does not take payments or place orders.

2. Check the exact configuration

Confirm model numbers, dimensions, rated capacity, accessories, power supply and suitability for the intended job. Equipment family illustrations show a type of machine; they are not photographs of the exact item. Supplier links may show other variants.

3. Agree the total delivered price

Any published price is a dated supplier reference. Ask MCG for a written quote that identifies VAT, freight, import costs where relevant, unloading, installation, commissioning and exclusions. A reference price does not confirm stock or an available MCG offer.

4. Plan access and installation

Describe narrow roads, gates, overhead restrictions and unloading facilities. Heavy equipment may require a forklift, crane or HIAB. Check foundations, electrical supply and installation responsibilities before booking delivery.

5. Confirm warranty and order terms

Before paying, confirm who supplies the equipment, the payment terms, expected lead time, cancellation and return arrangements, and the warranty covering you as the end buyer. For machinery, ask what parts, labour, callouts and return transport are included.

Have a requirement that isn’t listed?

Send us the specification, intended use and delivery postcode. MCG can check sourcing options.
