Who to contact

Nexus Store is the equipment enquiry website for Matthews Construction Group. Contact alex@matthewsconstructiongroup.co.uk about an enquiry or the handling of your information.

Email enquiries

The enquiry form prepares text in your browser. It does not submit your details to a website database. You choose whether to open the draft in your email app and send it to MCG, or copy it into an email yourself.

If you send an enquiry, it includes the information you choose to provide and your email address. Include the details needed to discuss the equipment and delivery; do not include payment card details or identity documents.

Website operation

The public site is hosted on Cloudflare. Hosting and security services process technical request information, such as IP addresses and request URLs. This public catalogue does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts or browser storage for your enquiry details.

Search filters appear in the page URL so you can share a catalogue selection. Public campaign labels can also travel with links and appear in your prepared email, helping MCG identify the post you came from. These labels do not identify you or measure visits. Do not put personal information in catalogue searches or campaign labels.

Questions about your information

Email MCG if you want to ask how an enquiry is being handled, correct details you have supplied, or request deletion of your enquiry information. Any retention needed for an order or other obligation must be considered separately.
